Axie Infinity's Last Stand

What Is Axie Infinity Last Stand, How Do I Play, And What Are The Best Cards?

Know everything about Axie Infinity's Last Stand! How to get in, stay in longer, and use the best cards with last-stand effects.

Axie Infinity is a novel sort of game in which players own a portion of the game. By playing, you can earn AXS Tokens (in-game cash) and influence the game's future. Axies are ferocious creatures in the game who enjoy fighting, building, and hunting for treasures. All you have to do in the game is assemble a collection of all Axies from the game's unlimited options and utilise them in battles to defeat your opponents.

Continue reading to learn more about Last Stand in Axie Infinity and how you can enter and stay here for a long time.

What Is Axie Infinity's Last Stand?

Axie Infinity's Last Stand

When Axie gets a fatal blow (attack from many sides) and its HP drops to zero, it enters the Last Stand state. In Axie Infinity, there are numerous Axies, each with their own set of strengths and drawbacks. You will amass the most Axies in the game, but there will be times when you are attacked by two or three opponent Axies and are about to lose the battle.

You'll notice a flame around your Axie, who is about to die, at this time. When this flame appears behind your Axie, it enters Axie Infinity's Last Stand mode.

How Do You Get Into Axie Infinity's Last Stand?

In Axie Infinity, not every Axie will take part in the Last Stand. The Axie community has devised a computation that will assist you determine whether or not your Axie will enter this mode. Although this is not an official computation, it is used by the whole Axie community.

There are two elements that determine whether or not Axie will participate in the Last Stand:

Excessive Harm

Morale Booster

Here's a formula for calculating the Excess damage and Morale Modifier, which will help you determine whether or not your Axie will enter the Last Stand.

Excess Damage = fatal attack damage minus Axie's remaining HP

(Axie's remaining HP * Morale) / 100 = Morale Modifier

If the Morale Modifier from the opponent's last strike is greater than the Excess Damage (Morale Modifier >>> Excess Damage), Axie enters the Last Stand. Try using these formulae to see if you can predict whether or not your Axie will get one last chance to attack your opponent.

Let's do some math, and here's an example to help you understand:

Axie the Beast has 83 morale and 130 HP remaining.

Enemy Axie = Delivers a 180-damage deadly blow to your Beast Axie.

Let's put the formula to the test and see whether your Axie can make it to the end of Axie Infinity:

Damage Excess = 180 – 100 = 80

(100 * 83) / 100 = 83 Morale Modifier

Morale Modifier is 3 points more than Excess Damage (83 >> 80). As a result, your Axie will survive and enter the Last Stand.
